Yoga For Athletes.
This Yoga is designed to increase performance and endurance. In this class we target poses that keep the muscles long and strong. We will spend time opening the shoulders, knees and hips through deep stretching, twists and squats. As the shoulders release, as more space is created behind the knees and as we open our hips, we prepare the body for back bends. Back bends lighten the body, increase performance and give you the ability to go that extra mile.
