Yoga For Teens
This class will teach you to slow down and relax. I will teach a series of yoga postures to build endurance, strength, flexibility and balance combined with deep breath work. The combination of postures and deep breathing will benefit you by teaching you to relax in times of stress; to perform better in school; and to communicate better in relationships. This course will build physical and mental strength; it will increase attention span and concentration; it will help develop self-discipline and self-control; and it will help improve posture, balance and coordination.
Starts Monday September 12th.
